What are the delivery costs?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over $50. For smaller orders we charge a flat rate of $8.95 and $14.95 for express delivery.

I have changed my mind, can I return an item?
Yes. You can return an item for a refund or exchange, provided that the goods meet the Returns/Exchange conditions within our returns policy.
In order to return an item, please contact us via email orders@mraccessory.com.au and we will guide you through the exchange / returns process. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer for any exchange / change of mind returns. We can not refund the postage costs when an item is returned.
Sale items are not refundable or eligible for exchange.

Something is wrong with my item.
All products are hand packed in Australia, and while we go to extreme lengths to ensure all our products are of the highest quality before sending them out, some may slip through the cracks. If you find a product is faulty or not as described please contact us immediately via orders@mraccessory.com.au with the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping fees are only refundable on faulty items.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation. You can track your order within this email by selecting the Track My Order function to follow the progress of your delivery. Tracking details may take some time to appear. Please check back later if this is the case.

Do you deliver internationally?
Delivery is currently available only in Australia.

How long will it take to get my items?
Deliveries usually take 4-7 business days Australia-wide; including metro and most regional areas.
7-10 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.
We aim to to have all items dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Express orders are usually overnight to most major cities in the express post network area.
